It is indeed my pleasure that I have this opportunity to express my great appreciation for Alan lberlucea. As an employee of AUTOSTAR, he went far and beyond to help walk me through the process of transporting my vehicle from Maryland to Indiana. During this PANDEMIC, I must admit I was a "BALL OF ANXIETY" and I had a limited amount of time to get this vehicle to Indiana. Alan was consistently kind, thorough, professional and honest. My vehicle made it safely to Indiana and Alan was there for me from the beginning of this process to the end. I am extremely grateful!! Thank you AUTOSTAR and Especially to Alan lberlucea.
