Auto Star called me and gave me a price to ship my vehicle from Rochester NY to Kearny NJ in timely manner. They kept calling me to update me on my status for a driver to pick up the vehicle. When the driver was assigned for pick up, Auto Star coordinated with the dealership to pick up my Ram1500. When the driver arrived at the dealership Auto Star called me to tell me my Ram was being picked up. As the driver was leaving with my vehicle, Auto Star called me to tell me my Ram was on the way. This all took place a the height of the Cover-19 pandemic and Auto Star made sure I was kept informed about the driver and the pick up date. I would use Auto Star Transport Express in a heart beat. Extremely professional, caring and great customer service.
