After researching on TransportReviews.com, I decided to pay a little more to go with Auto Star vs. a company that was charging $25 less. The ratings/reviews were very positive for Auto Star therefore I was more comfortable paying a little more to put me a ease that things would go smoothly. Additionally, I am a FSU Alumni who lived in Tallahassee where Auto Star's Office is. This was my second transport for my 2002 Nissan Maxima, however, my first out of my pocket. The customer service received from Mark as well others I spoke with, were very patient and helpful in answering my questions. I was impressed with the service since I am employed by Global Hyatt.
