Since we had no experience whatsoever using an auto transport service, the selection process was somewhat overwhelming and stressful. After several internet searches and reading numerous company reviews, we selected AutoStar Transport Express and began the contracting process with their agent, Manny Vazquez. After identifying a pick up / delivery window for Manny, he took complete control of the process and made everything happen just like he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, patient, personable and provided the necessary communications to keep us very well informed. Having never done this before, we were quite nervous throughout the process but everything was perfect. The price quoted by Manny was fair and remained firm, he identified an outstanding transport company (Dom MAR), and made the delivery in accordance with the dates we agreed upon in spite of a major snow storm and traffic incident experienced during travels through Wyoming (it should be mentioned that AutoStar customer service called to inform me of the potential delay caused by the storm). I also want to mention, the transport driver Jack, was also outstanding and provided excellent communications on both ends of the process. He was also very pleasant to interact with and was very flexible regarding pick up and drop off locations. If we ever are faced with the need to transport another vehicle or are asked for a recommendation, we would point to AutoStar Transport Express and Manny.
