It was a pleasure dealing with Mary Rhiannon English and Auto Star Transport & Logistics. They were upfront and told me I could check them out at www.transportreviews.com where I would be able to read over 200 testimonials from their customers. They have a B- rating on BBB, which is low in my opinion. I had contracted with them(Quote #48796-WC) to pick up a car from Maryland and deliver it to Massachusetts. Their price was right, at $362 it was the lowest. Mary Rhiannon English was helpful, pleasant and communicated well. I signed the contract and faxed it to them on Monday, they confirmed a transporter to me on Thursday, the car was picked up on Saturday, and reached me without any damage or problems on Monday. John Johnson, the transporter driver kept me informed and checked in with me and was flexible in meeting my time needs - - he was very efficient and helpful. I would have appreciated an email between Monday and Thursday informing me what was going on, and the absence of that is the only reason I haven’t given them the highest possible rating. I would certainly use them again if I needed to.
