Every step of the process was smooth, and efficient. Setting up the booking on the phone was seamless. Communication with the home office via email and phone was easy and informative. The costs quoted were honored and included insurance. I was able to get a quicker and cheaper transport than with anyone else. Instructions for car prep were clear, drop off was fast, final pickup and instructions in Hawaii were also clear and easy to follow.
