As someone who is new to this method of vehicle transport, I was very confused about how to start. They walked me through every detail and worked around my schedule to help me move my car. It was a bit pricey compared to some other quotes I got however none of the other companies offered insurance or a locked price which I came to learn is how other companies get you (demand more money on the day they pick-up the car). They contacted me throughout the transport and kept me updated on the ETA. It was all handled very professionally. Excellent customer service.
