Excellent Customer Service, all's well that ends well

I chose AutoStar Transport because they were highly rated on the web review sites and had excellent customer reviews. I am now very glad that I chose this company.
Their price was a little more than some of the carriers but I decided that based on the reported customer service, it would worth it. I shipped a 1967 Shelby Cobra sportscar that was in excellent condition. Upon arrival there was a crack in the fiberglass that occurred during unloading of the vehicle. The driver acknowledged the damage and the flat tire. I would have expected this to be a simple repair as the company assured me that the vehicle was insured for any damage.
Unfortunately, the transport company, Mills Transport, not AutoStar was responsible for the damage and that became a real stressful hassle. When I reported the damage AutoStar Transport had one individual handle my claim and this gentleman put pressure continually on the Mills Transport until they finally paid the claim. It took about 3 months of continual phone calls, lame excuses, etc on the part of Mills.
I am so thankful that I chose AutoStar Transport. They supported me through the entire process and never let up. They didn' do the usual "It's not our fault, it's theirs!" routine. They were my advocate and I felt that they were a part of my team the entire time.
I hate to diss anyone, but Mr. Mills should have stood behind his warranty, without excuses, without blaming me (because I did drive the car on and off the transport vehicle at the request of the driver), and he should have been a gentleman about it.

End result: AutoStar gets 5 Stars and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
