I need to ship my car to Orlando, Florida from Glendora (California)as my son is going to school this August. His flight to Orlando was on July 31. Frank, from Auto Star, started contacting me in May and provided details about transportation processes with a quotation. For finding a better cost, AutoStar was not the unique one in my consideration, actually I have kept looking for different vehicle brokers and trying to find a right one with real reliable reputation and affordable price. The quotation I got was an average among several comparisons. Near the end of June, I received a status track from Frank again, to be honest, he's the ONLY one who remembered to back to contact me after a while of month. He understood what I cared and assured me he would do the best to match the date of flight and to catch the right arrival time for my son. In less than a week, I was notified the pick up would be between June 25-27. The carrier came on 26th for pick up and delivered the car just upon the arrival on July 31. HE DID IT ! I would be very glad to recommend Frank to any one who needs car transportation!
