This was the first time I ever needed to use this type of service and I will say I was blown away. From the beginning, Carlos Meffe took the time to explain the entire process, and assured me I would have my son's car delivered to him when promised. He didn't just stop there. Carlos made sure I had access to AutoStar Customer Service, his personal number, and all the contact information to the driver's delivering the vehicle. The driver's checked in with me throughout the entire time from pickup to delivery. They were very assuring, kind and honest. Once the vehicle was picked up, the driver checked in with my son to ensure delivery was when expected. This experience was really something I didn't expect because many companies advertise services, but you will never know until you actually get the experience.

I must say autostar is tops. Everything was timely and I was not given an opportunity to doubt or worry about my vehicle. Carlos Meffe, thank you, and the drivers for a mission well accomplished. This was very crucial to get this done and AutoStar delivered.
