Firstly we are very sorry to hear about the alleged personal items missing from customer’s vehicle. This is the first we have heard of this in over a month since the vehicle was delivered on June 24th. It’s very difficult to prove anything since the customer has had possession of the vehicle for a month now!! The review seems to be towards the carrier CFR Autodirect Trucking LLC. They are the carrier who transported the vehicle. AutoStar Transport Express does NOT physically transport the vehicle. This carrier has transported over 250 orders for us since 2008, and this is the first we have ever heard of personal items missing on any of their orders. By law, vehicles are not allowed to have personal items in the vehicle, and had we known customer was going to place personal items of value in the car, we would have advised him against it. AutoStar Transport Express delivered a 5-star service to customer by assigning a carrier to pick up his vehicle exactly on the date he requested, and delivered cross country in a timely manner.
