We called several times trying to figure out drop off times and the 2 companies (autostar and the driver's company) don't talk to each other which is frustrating. Getting calls where someone has no idea what we told the other caller earlier. However, the people are super nice and willing to figure things out and work with you. The price is amazing so I would definitely work with them again.
