We had a terrible experience with another carrier and I would NOT recommend them. They were rude, their representative yelled and laughed in our faces, ignored our calls, and lied to us even after trying to contact them. Frustrated and desperate to ship our car, we reached out to Carlos from AutoStar. Within 2 days, our car was dispatched and it arrived early. We were so pleased that when it was time to ship our car again, we called him. Within 24 hours, our car was dispatched. The previous company left us feeling skeptical about shipping companies but Carlos changed our minds. He was kind, honest and always speedy with the updates. I would highly recommend this company. They really do go out of their way to help you and know how to treat customers.
