Ordered a car transport from Houston to Austin with only two days notice and everything went as smooth as it possible could go. My customer service rep, Marie Cortelezzi, was responsive, prompt and professional. She facilitated everything in a very short period of time without any issues.

The driver they contracted was amazing! They found someone with a 100% rating, YGH Trucking. The driver had great communication and worked around my schedule which changed from what I had requested. I had given him only a 1 hour window to work within and he was ready for drop-off. I then called and asked if we could schedule a time early the next morning as I was running late from work. He said it was not a problem and was there as promised.

As I had never used a transport company in the past I was very nervous about what to expect, especially since they were transporting a very nice vehicle. Everything went perfect and actually exceeded my expectations. Now that I know how easy it was I will consider buying any out-of-town vehicle if it's the right price because I can depend on Autostar Transport to deliver it to me safe and sound and at a very reasonable and fair price.
