... of $100 for transporting a few light plastic containers of clothes. Otherwise car was picked up on time and delivered approximately on the date promised.
One problem ... I thought, once we agreed on the next day pickup time, our communications were finished. However, they were trying to call and text me the next morning. I was unavailable in an all morning meeting. I did connect with them late morning but they said if they had not heard from me, they were cancelling the pickup. To me, once we agree on the time, its done !

Hi Mike, We are very glad to hear that overall you had a positive experience working with us. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to suggestions in order to excel as a company. Carriers are expected to transport all vehicles empty, due to FMCSA regulations. Most carriers will accept a vehicle if there are only a few items inside, inside the trunk or out of sight, but it is ultimately up to the driver’s discretion if he is willing to transport the car, and if there will be any extra fees, and it is up to the customer to agree or not to said fees. Regarding what happened on the day of the pick up, most drivers will call a few hours before the scheduled time, just to confirm that someone will indeed be there and that the car will be ready. A carrier can lose time and money if they go to a location and, for an unexpected reason, a car is not ready. Again, we thank you for the time taken to give us your feedback, if you need anything else please let us know. Kind Regards, AutoStar Transport Express.
