reservation process was efficient but when I hadn't heard from anyone a few days before pick up I had to make many phone calls to get a pick up date. Once date was confirmed I had to pay an extra$150 to get a driver. because we needed car at destination we had to pay the extra fee. Did not like that part of transaction , however in the long run the car arrived as promised on the promised date so we are very happy! I would definitely use AutoStar in the future.

We provided you with a quote for the transport of your Land Rover back in April, and the order was booked in June, for transport in August. Due to the nature of the transport industry it is not uncommon for rates to fluctuate, depending on several different factors, but we always make sure we get the best rate possible for our customers.
