I had had bad experiences with other companies with the car not moving for several days after the promised date. Carlos promised to move the car on the date of the order and the truck was at our place in 4 hours! He let me speak to the driver to confirm the pick up date, prior to my order placement. I strongly commend Carlos for his honesty, caring and excellent customer service.
