I had left NY for Utah before the pick up of my Subaru Outback took place.
I gave Auto Star Transport Express all of the details as to where the car would be for pick up and the contact information needed, and the date that I requested for the pick up to take place. All went as planned. Upon my booking with Auto Star, they kept me posted with very informative emails. The price of $1250 for a 2200 mile trip was not the cheapest, but I learned a long time ago, you get-what-you-pay-for. The extra $150 I paid over the lowest broker was derived from how they handled all of my questions on the phone and emails, which gave me peace of mind. Quite a few of these brokers can be very pushy. Auto Star was not. I received a phone call the day before from the driver regarding the delivery time which was as promised, and another about an hour before the actual delivery.
My cherished Outback was finally in my hands again in the same condition as it had been picked up. I would definitely use and recommend and use Auto Star in the future.

I am more than happy to know that not only we did pick up the cherished Outback on the first day it was available and delivered right on schedule, great news! I always provide my clients with competitive realistic quotes that will get the job done, would hate to call you back when your vehicle is not getting picked up and request more money.
