They backed-out!

After receiving a variety of quotes to move our vehicle from Oregon to North Carolina, we chose one of the least expensive options, but not the very cheapest. AutoStar seemed to have good reviews. AutoStar gave us a low quote and didn't bother to look up where our city was located. That's a little crazy, right? I can't imagine FedEx giving me a quote to ship a box and not care to know where it needs to go. When it came time to find a carrier to pick up our car, nobody would do it for their quoted price. After the initial 10 day pick-up period had passed, with us checking in every other day, they still had no leads on picking up our car. We had to leave for our cross country move, leaving our car with a neighbor. I must commend AutoStar for giving us a refund of our deposit, but it was VERY frustrating to hire them to move the car, only for them to eventually decide that they actually wouldn't do it. They basically fired themselves from providing the service we hired them for.
