Excellent customer service and On time delivery

I had booked my Honda to be transported from IL to FL on Sunday. Got a call Monday morning from AutoStar that they are reviewing the request and will find a pickup as soon as they can. Got callback in 30 minutes that one of the truck is available to pick within the hour. Pick up truck showed up on time and called in advance as well just to confirm. Loaded the car, told me the car will be delivered on Thursday. Received followup from truck driver letting me know where he is on Wed evening and will deliver on Thursday noon. Vehicle was delivered on Thursday noon without any damage. This was an excellent experience. No hassle and great customer service. I also got a call from AutoStar after the delivery to verify everything was ok and car was delivered or not.
