Carlos was very prompt on responding and getting the information I needed for my company to transport a work truck from Phoenix to New Jersey. He was quick to schedule the pick-up date within a few days and it was delivered when promised 5 days later. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable when tracking the progress of the truck once it was picked up. He also was willing and able to work with me on payment with my company which was a huge deal for us! Thanks for all your help and guidance Carlos!
