I already had a qoute and arranged transport with another company when I recevied a phone call from David Green and while I had no reason to talk to anotehr transport company I wound up talking to David Green for a few minutes and he asked me questions and told me a few things about him and his company that I didn't hear from the transport company I had a n agreement with.
At the end of the conversation with David Green he said to keep him and his company in mind if there was anything that he could ever do to help me out.
Less than 24 hours later i called David Geen and signed a contract for him to transport my car and David Green kept his word on getting the job done in a very timely manner and updated me throughout the process.
Great follow thru and great follow up as well as exceptioanl customer service.
