I was quite pleased with the service. Due to unavoidable circumstances I had to keep changing my schedule for pick up. The company was very understanding of that and made the needed adjustments. It was an advantage for me in that the north to south route is much traveled. Nonetheless, the company representatives were good about keeping their word. I greatly appreciate that the contracted truck driver called me to give me updates on where he was and what time he would drop off my car. He was more or less on schedule.
