I am a young business women and was played for a fool by United American Auto Transport's broker Jacob Jenkins. We agreed on a Thursday that my vehicle would be picked up on Friday from New Jersey and delivered by Monday or Tuesday following to Florida for $500. I called Jacob on Friday to confirm and he never returned my call to confirm. I left over 10 voice messages trying to get a response from anyone at UAAT and was ignored. I felt scammed and robbed because the money was withdrawn. On Monday Jacob contacted me to advise me there was a 'miscommunication with the driver and my vehicle was being picked up that Tuesday. I demanded my money back and he hung up on me. I sent a stern email to the company threatening to involve my lawyer and finally received a response from Jacob Jenkins telling me to relax and stop sending request for refund because he got the message and he hung up on me again. Regardless, AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS SAVED THE DAY IN A DAY! Barry called me with a quote and before he could say a word I advised him of my previous experience with UAAT and he was totally understanding. Barry and John did more than just an exceptional job they went above and beyond!!! Barry connected me with his best transporter John Mehorter and emailed me all information to keep me advised. John contacted me the same day to go over the details and collected the vehicle a little earlier then expected which was great and he delivered earlier then expected. Unfortunately, at the time Mr. Mehorter arrived to Tampa, Florida I was stuck on a bridge with a friend due to the RX-8 stalling out and John was gracious enough to bare with me and deliver the vehicle to a secure facility. AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! HONEST, UNDERSTANDING, AND PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END!!! I APPRECIATE YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH JOHN AND BARRY!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!!

When I contacted Bibi on that Thursday, she mentioned she signed up with UAAT for transport, and also said they had a carrier for Friday (which they didn’t since they still had the vehicle posted in search for a carrier). On Monday I received a new quote request from Bibi, and at that point I knew something was wrong so I immediately called her up. She was upset, and worried since she needed the car before the weekend. She asked me to find someone for transport, so I spoke with John Mehorter who runs that route and was going to take off from New Jersey the next day. We scheduled the pickup and delivery and everything went smooth and perfectly. Bibi, if you or someone you know ever needs to transport a vehicle, you know you can count on AutoStar Transport Express to accomplish the transport with a 5-star service.
