Sunstitute carrier was fine. Assume delay in pickup was due to last minute change. You need to make this survey more user friendly. When you go yo survey the form should have all the data filled in you already know..eg email address.,job numbrr etc

Sometimes delays can occur when working with these cross-country routes, luckily as your transport coordinators we are able to keep in touch with the carrier to make sure you are informed 100 percent of the time. Also, thank you for the suggestion for improving the survey. It would be great to streamline that process so as to hear back from more of our clients and continue improving the five star service that we offer.
