I have moved cars in the past, and I was looking forward to this time about as much as a colonoscopy. I requested a quotes from a few brokers and received one from Autostar. Their quote was cheaper than a transport company I have previously used and less than all the other quotes. However, what sold me was the professional and helpful way I was dealt with by both Sofia and Mario. Actually - because of past experience - I fully expected something to go wrong before my car arrived, however, everything went absolutely perfectly. The trucking company that agreed to the load - Brothers' Auto Transport out of Syracuse - picked my car up the day after repairs were completed and exactly when they said they would. The driver contacted me to confirm the arrangements and delivered the car exactly on schedule. Sofia and Mario stayed in touch with me throughout the transaction and I am rather-surprised and very pleased customer.
