I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with your company, it's employees and it's service. it was picked up promptly, and the driver contacted me several times to inform
me of his delivery progress from when it was picked up to the time it was dropped off.
if there is anything I might do differently next time, I'd let the driver know that I need
the vehicle delivered to my garage. this driver was familiar with my area, and knew that
there are many trees that overhang our local roads. he asked if it was ok if we met at a
nearby Mall parking lot, where he could insure that no damage would come to my vehicle
(as it was being carried on the upper part of the deck, along with other cars that could be damages by trees). next time, i'll request a later, or last delivery so that there won't be
any cars on the upper deck, and we won't have to worry about that.
other than that, the experience was great! will definitely use them again!
