From the first contact with Autostar, they were friendly and knowledgable. They gave me a quote and were true to their word. I had a little bit of a hiccup at the port in hawaii. The money had not gone through to Matson, but with a quick phone call it was remedied in about 10 minutes. The car arrived in the exact same condition I dropped it off in. I was very pleased with all aspects of the shipment.
