After negative dealings with several other companies, I was delighted with AutoStar Transport and Logistics. Lauren called regularly to update me on the status of getting my vehicle booked. She always returned phone calls quickly as a professional does. I did NOT have to pay a deposit until the vehicle was scheduled for pickup. The whole process from my initial phone call to transport booking took only about 3-4 days. Cost was reasonable and delivery was right on time. I would rate the company and Lauren as 5 STAR. No doubt, I will use only AutoStar for any future vehicle transport. Such a great customer experience should be recognized and applauded!!! Thanks AUTOSTAR!
