Auto shipment

I shipped one of my cars upon retirement (Military) and needed to do it the last week of February, 2014. The only stipulation I had for the move was that the car had to be picked up not later than Friday, 28 Feb, as I had to depart (government move). Contact and info leading up to the move was excellent and my shipment window opened on 21 Feb. Due to no fault of Auto Star, there was a large ice storm/winter event in the Northeast US. As a result of that the car was not picked up until a week after the 28th. Once the car was picked up the contact and info from the company was excellent, both to me and the individual receiving the car on the delivery end. Auto Star Transport did what it was contracted to do, (within the confines of the weather), so I have nothing but praise. Good company with reliable people, timely customer service, notifications and assistance.

Thanks for the wonderful review. Unfortunately weather can be a big factor in unforeseen delays in the transport business, from autos to airplanes.
