Questionable sales tactics and customer service was very absent.

I was told several times that i should expect delivery no later than March 7th so i went ahead and bought the service. Prior to doing so i felt customer service was good and communication was great. After i paid my deposit i felt the company was largely absent and no updates were made other than having me sign a contract after paying. I called several times to get some sort of update and was still lead to believe my time frame i communicated prior to buying the service was still good to go and was assured it should be. I was also told that come Friday i would receive a phone call with either good news or bad news but a phone call and an update one way or another. No phone call was ever received..

My experience was largely negative, overall the company as a transportation broker may fit someones needs but i greatly did not appreciate the dishonesty and what i felt was being blown off as soon as they got my deposit. I would not recommend this company until they are willing to provide a better service or be open and upfront initially with what service they are offering.

This customer does bring up some valid points but also omits some very key information. The customer placed an order online and agreed to the terms and conditions including a 10 day pick up window which we do offer a full money back guarantee for. We did confirm a carrier within 7 days of the first available date. The customer then cancelled the order. We do everything we can to work towards customers requested dates and arrange transport as quickly as possible but we have a 10 day guarantee within which to confirm a carrier. We had kept the customer updated on a regular basis, he booked on the 3rd and we spoke daily up to and including Friday 7th. On the Friday we did arrange to call him back at the end of the day and unfortunately this did not happen. We contacted and apologized to Jesse that he did not receive a call back on Friday, this was an oversight and due to human error which unfortunately does happen from time to time and we will do all we can to improve on this.
