I had hired another shipping company (not AutoStar)... they never showed up and left me in a very difficult situation. Then I found George with AutoStar. From the start George stayed in constant communication and provided us updates so we knew where the process was at. Even though we gave AutoStar no advance notice of the trip (due to the other company failing us); within 3 days George had found us a driver in a very rural area and to complicate the job, this was during snow/ice event in Missouri. I cannot praise this company enough, they are the real deal. Please know that my experience with AutoStar was the absolute best in customer service and delivering on their promises. Our car was picked up exactly as promised and delivered to the destination in 1 day.
