I had actually contracted another carrier but did not hear from them until after my vehicle had been picked up by Auto star, a full 10 days after we first made the deal.
Auto star said they could get a driver the next day and picked up as planned.
I watched as the driver unloaded and loaded vehicles on and off the carrier for delivery according to destination.
I'm not one that gets easily impressed but this guy impressed me and left me feeling confident my vehicle was in safe hands.
The vehicle was delivered to one of their yards in Syracuse, NY pretty much on time but sat there a couple more days due to the cold front moving thru there.
As it was, it all turned out well for all, the vehicle was delivered to Ithaca about 60 miles away to a location arranged earlier.
Now, would i use AutoStar again? a resounding YES!
