This was my first time to hire someone to transport a vehicle for me so I was quite clueless. I started with a website that generated a number of transport quotes for me. AutoStar's came in at $450 for a transport from Florida to Ohio. There were quotes up to $900. = o In addition to that, AutoStar offered me a $25 discount as a Thanksgiving special making my total transport cost $425. So the bottom line was what led me to contact AutoStar for more information, but it was the thoroughness of the email communications and the excellent customer care received from Manuel Cornielle that convinced me to give AutoStar a try. I made arrangements for the transport right before Thanksgiving. The car was not available for pick up until the Monday after Thanksgiving. The car arrived in excellent shape late on the Thursday night of that same week, the day promised, due to inclement weather. The driver was pleasant despite the weather and the difficulty he had in finding our very rural home. I was very glad that the driver had the fortitude to complete our delivery on the day promised even though it was later in the evening. I would have been very uncomfortable wondering about my decision to transport my vehicle had it not arrived as scheduled although postponing the delivery until the next morning would have been completely understandable under the circumstances. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to use AutoStar for any future vehicle transport needs I may have.
