First Time Shipping a Vehicle

I chose to contact this company and another who were both rated five stars. After receiving a quote from each and speaking with an agent from each, the decision to trust my vehicle to AutoStar Transport & Logistics seemed natural. Frank was incredibly helpful, provided exceptional customer services, and was completely honest about the companies ability to fulfill my expectations. After confirming the reservation, Frank remained in touch and kept me updated on the process for the shipment. I never felt the need to reach out to him with unanswered questions. When the carrier arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was enclosed (when I was originally anticipating an open carrier). The driver was friendly and appeared highly experienced, although he did appear to be a little distracted. It was unfortunate that I did not have the same constant follow up with the driver as I did with Frank. I was told by the driver that I would receive a call on day two for a status update but ended up contacting the driver myself for the update in the evening. Day three (pick up day) was not any better. I had to check in for the status myself and the only time the driver did call me first was about 25 minutes after the delivery was supposed to be made to explain where he was (as he could not fit the delivery truck in the area where we had agreed to meet). The car was completely undamaged and the driver even had it running with the heater on for me. He was pleasant overall. As a whole, my experience with this process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend AutoStar Transport & Logistics to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle.
