My experience with AutoStar Transport & Logistics has been phenomenal from start to end. They were quick in giving the quote and arranging for the pickup. I was in a hurry to send my car asap owing to my sudden relocation to Cleveland.

The representative from AutoStar Transport & Logistics was Sean McBride, who was the most professional person I have ever seen in the auto transport industry. He didn't take time to send me the quote and the auto transport contract. The contract was to the point and Sean made sure they had all my requirements and constraints noted.

The carrier was rapid transports llc and the driver was Surgey. Surgey called me one day before hand and made sure I was aware of the pickup date and time. We met at the local Fred Meyers on walker where he loaded my car. Surgey was a expert driver and quite knowledgeable about the current trends. My car was the first on his stop as he was travelling to New York and Vermont was his last stop.

AutoStar Transport & Logistics and Rapid Transports LLC made sure my car was delivered only after the 4th day as requested by me. So Surgey made sure my car was delivered as the last stop after he delivered all the cars in NY and Maine.

On delivery the car was dirty off course but Surgey took good care of it.

I would recommend AutoStar Transport & Logistics to anyone who is making plans of moving. Way to go Guys!
