I had to wait over a week for them to call with a carrier. I got the call an was told it will get picked up by noon, they arrived after 6. I was told I could get a carrier if I was able to pay more money , I was already in fla. by that time so I really need my car. I said ok to a certain time line. They went past it an I got charged anyway, but I didn't care. I just wanted my car. I paid over my quoted price.
My car got to me two days later than promised an I had to go find the driver he was way off the mark. When my location was 10mins. off 95.
They took over 1/2 hour to un load it. And it had dirty hand marks all over the inside of the light interior. Leather and fabric. Over all I'm glad I got it and it had no major issues and everything I put in it was still there.

Thank you for the feedback concerning the transport of this vehicle, and firstly we do apologize for the dirty condition in which the car arrived. There are some routes that are less traveled by carriers, and thus do take a few extra days to locate a carrier in the area for pickup. On the 5th day of the contracted dates, customer called us expressing her desire to have this picked up quickly and offered us and extra $50 towards the carrier. With the extra money towards the carrier pay, we were able to locate a carrier rather quickly and vehicle was delivered two days later. We are pleased that the customer's vehicle arrived safely, with no further issues.
