I arranged to transport our large truck from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas. Jason was fantastic, knowledgeable, his follow up was perfect and he made me feel very comfortable. The driver was a day later than expected and then had a fit about some items we wanted to leave in our truck. He made us pay $150 additional to just keep the items in the cab of our truck. The truck arrived 1 day later than expected, but the truck was in one piece and had no damage. So all in all we were very satisfied and would use this company again.

Dear Julie, From Jason: Thank you the great review. Most people that are looking to transport a vehicle have never done it before, so it can be a nerve racking situation. I aim to make it as seamless as possible and glad you felt comfortable through the process. I am sorry this driver did charge you more money for the items in the truck – in the future, my customer service team is more than happy to speak with the carrier at the point of them trying to charge more money to see if we can avoid that.
