We called to have our car picked up ASAP and they had a driver there in 2 days. We needed our car delivered to a small, out-of-the way town and the Transport Coordinator, Josh Edge, was forthcoming with the fact that it might be easier to get a driver if it was delivered to a bigger city, but he got someone to deliver it to our location for the quoted price no problem. We are military and will likely be transporting a car again and I will not hesitate to use AutoStar again. They explained the whole process and were available for any questions.
