delivery day headache

Delivery logistics on the delivery day was really terrible.
I was called in the morning and given a two hour window 9 - 11, the car was not delivered untill 4:30pm.
There were so many reaffirming phone calls in between. I lost one day of work just because I was given wrong time estimates.
I understand difficulties do arise in scheduling, but it really costed me a lot of grief reporting to work too.

We did our best to communicate with you throughout the transport and we can see the carrier actually delivered a few days earlier than they estimated. Drivers will always give the best time estimate they can but this is subject to circumstances beyond their control such as weather, traffic and other Customers.
