Important to get a responsible agent

The delay was mainly caused by the agent who took the case originally, who happened to drop the ball and did not do what he had promised. The other staff at AutoStar are somewhat helpful, especially the dispatcher Charlotte and another gentleman named "Shawn" are responsible people. It's so important that you get a good agent who takes care of your contract.

Dear Ruby, on the 3rd of March you spoke to our agent and confirmed you needed your Mercedes to be delivered in FL by the 4th of April. That same day we secured 2 separate carriers that could pick up your Mercedes on the 27th March and have it delivered on or after the 4th April as you requested and at the quoted rate. We then contacted you to inform you about these options, and advised in order to secure a spot we needed a deposit to be paid. This is generally paid by credit card however you did not want to use your credit card, and opted to deposit the funds direct into our bank account which took more than a week and therefore the carriers we had found had not only filled the spots but left the area. You actually issued the payment IN THE MIDDLE of the timeframes that the vehicle SHOULD have already been on the road. Once the payment was made, a carrier was promptly dispatched and the normal 7-10 day coast to coast transport then took place. To say that your agent dropped the ball is grossly unfair and disingenuous. If you had made the payment on time to secure the carrier, you would not feel as if the delivery was late.
