Kyle and others at Auto Transport were very professional. The person who brought our car was a nice man. However, he had to call and delay delivery at least three times. the car arrived with mud-caked wheels-inches thick. When we asked about this, he said the weight inspectors required him to take the car off the truck and his truck got fined for being overweight-4500 in tickets. He had a pickup truck with three cars being towed. We had expected a real carrier. But we did not ask so that was our mistake. However, we paid more and had expected more in return. We got it from customer service but not the driver.

The whole team at AutoStar Transport and Logistics works very hard to provide the best service in the industry, and we do our best to get vehicles transported in a timely manner. Occasionally there are delays caused by things out of our control, and all efforts are made to keep you informed of the situation. The carrier we used for your transport was a Licensed and Bonded with a 100 percent rating. Pulling a trailer instead of driving an 8 car hauler in no way affects the carriers legitimacy or the level of service you should have received. Once again I apologize for the delays and am glad that your vehicle has arrived.
