At least for my experience, the company was excellent. Their initial quote was fair even though it wasn't the lowest. Kirsten proved to be friendly and helpful. Once the contract was signed, a driver was found quickly. The car was picked up in Nevada a day later than we said, but I had told the company that I was flexabile. It was delivered in Massachusetts a day later than disscuss only because of a major blizzard in the Boston area. The car arrived in good condition with no problems. The company gave me the door to door service that I needed and did everything else they said that they would do. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them.
