One thing that differentiated AutoStar was they they confirmed a pickup day for me before I put money down. I needed the car moved on a specific day and failed to see the point in contracting with someone who didn't know whether they could comply with my needs before I paid. They confirmed a pick up day, I paid, and everything went exactly the way that they said it would....this is an unpaid review.
