Delivery Address

My only complaint through the whole process was the way the delivery was handled. We we told that the price quoted was to our front door. The driver advised he needed a place to turn around the truck, which was totally understandable. There was a shopping center with a large grocery store right across the street from our apartment. The driver did not want to go there, he chose an address about 10 miles away. Which meant to pick up 2 vehicles in the 15 degree rainy weather at 8:00 pm, we had to take one car and meet the driver, grab one car, take it back home, then go back and get the other.

Also our Jeep has over size tires that have spacers and the Jeep is lifted. They were aware of this at time of scheduling. W earrived and had to stand in the cold as the driver had to re-inflate all 4 tires. (which had to be de-flated due to the Jeep height) The tires were filled with all different pressures and the cold did not help, so the ride home in it was interesting at the least.

All this said, I would use them again due to they were on time and the price quoted was with in reach given the distance we had to ship them.
