Great car transport experience

I arranged for the transport of a purchased vehicle from Tennessee to N. VA. I must say that George Prestera at AutoStar Transport provided me with excellent customer service throughout every step of the delivery. I made it clear that I was concerned about my vehicle being delivered in good shape and George recommended one of their best carriers (Avanti Auto Transport, LLC). Although the pickup was delayed by 1 day, both AutoStar Transport and Avanti kept me in the loop and regularly advised of where and when things were with the pickup and delivery of my vehicle - coincidentally, the driver (w/ Avanti) was also named George. He apologized and explained why the pickup was delayed and then went out of his way to accomodate me getting my vehicle to an even more convenient pickup location than where it was originally supposed to be picked up. Since I had a bad experience with a previous shipper before so I was 'concerned' to say the least about this one; surprisingly, this one turned out much better than expected. They provided superior service at a lower price than other carriers quoted for a much longer pickup/delivery window. I would strongly recommend and use them both again.
