I am so pleased with AutoStar! I made an attempt to try another company since I had used AutoStar to initially transport my car to LA from Saint Louis and was disappointed by some minor front bumper damage. After being bombarded with too many emails and phone calls, I decided to return to AutoStar to have my car transported from LA to St. Louis. After all, it was not their customer service that had disappointed me the first time, but the driver's negligence. Consequently, I decided to try them again. And this time, I was impressed with both service and driver (Arthur)! The process was painless and the driver was prompt, nice and professional. If I every plan to re-locate again, there will be no hesitancy about my choosing AutoStar for a THIRD time!
