First let me say Autostar found a good carrier for my load and it was delivered promptly. I wish I would have hired the carrier myself and cut Autostar out. I inquried about shipping a plow truck 160 miles. The information form I filled out clearly defined the truck as a long bed truck with a plow. They kept acting like I had told them it was a shortbed without a plow. After not receviing a call back from Max on a Saturday as promised I got an email for $25 off the shipment if I booked that weekend. I went ahead and booked. Long story short, they didn't give me $25 off even after I emailed them twice about it. The second time they said they would look into it, that was 3 weeks ago. Did they get the job done? Yes. Would I use them again? Never.

Hey Bryan, This is Max, Im very sorry about the 25 dollar credit not being deducted from your online booking charge. I myself do not work in the technical services team, but since this happened the clerical system error has been fixed, and the $25 has been credited to your account. In the end I was your broker and its my job to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I take full responsibility for any billing or transportation issues before, durring or after your truck was shipped.
