Good follow thru by the driver. Kept in touch and advised location and time of arrival. Examined the vehicle thoroughly before putting on the truck. Delivered the vehicle to Nebraska on time and without incident. Customer Service at AutoStar should advise clients that pick-up or delivery will be at a location suitable for the driver and his legnthy truck. I thought they would pick it up at the house, but legnth of truck and trailer does not permit that. Was not a problem since he got pretty close to the house anyway. Would recommend Autostar.
