My overall experience was "EXCELLENT" - everything went as good as, or better, than promised. Liam (at AutoStar contacted me personally after my on-line form was submitted), explained the process and was knowledgeable and courteous. The carrier initiated communication before the pickup, so we were able to get started 2 days earlier than planned. The walk-around was thorough, on both ends of the transport, and there was NO DAMAGE. It was as if the car was "beamed" between Colorado and Pennsylvania (in a 4-day transporter, however). I will definitely use AutoStar the next time I need to move a car.
